BAD DINOSAURS “THE SLIMING” (2024)

The homeless T-rex family take shelter from the storm in a spooky cave only to encounter a carnivorous slime-spitting colossal caterpillar living inside.

Bad Dinosaurs is a dialogue-less CG animated series created for Netflix, directed by Simone Giampaolo. Story department was helmed by Joe Burns. The series was based on animated web shorts “Dinosaurs: Terrible Lizards” created by Rathergood.

My storyboards for this episode were nominated for Manchester Animation Industry Excellence Award in 2024.

DEAD END PARANORMAL PARK S2 EP3 “THE TRIALS OF BARNEY” (2022)

Whilst fighting a qualifier match against the Demon King, Asmodeus, Barney realises that the right thing to do is to unveil his true human form to the Demon Wrestling Federation audience.

This was a sequence that required heavy visual writing. I poured a lot of hours of research about Pro-Wrestling into it and had fun building the structure of the fight, coming up with moves and counter moves in order to fit the story. The shots and ideas were then plussed with our episode's supervisor Max Loubaresse and my board partner, Eva Figueroa, both of whom also helped do some clean up here and there.

THE ADVENTURES OF PADDINGTON “BAD SWAP” (2020)

Everyone in the neighbourhood is getting into the latest craze, a battle card game called “Imaginarium.”

First pass storyboard sample for a CGI preschool show, The Adventures of Paddington Season 2, episode titled “Bad Swap” which aired on 23 April 2021 in UK. The directors briefed me to go off script in some parts of the episode, particularly when figuring out the finer details of how to play the card game. I brought in a little influence from D&D.

BOY GIRL DOG CAT MOUSE CHEESE “MAGIC HAIRBALL” (2019)

Following the advice of a future-seeing magic hairball, the siblings sacrifice their prized possessions to repair their family dynamic.

Sitcom storyboard sample from Boy Girl Dog Cat Mouse Cheese Season 1 Episode 47 Magic Hairball first aired on CBBC in October 2020.

Boy Girl Dog Cat Mouse Cheese won Best Animated Series (for over 6 years old) and Kids Choice for Best Animated Series (over 6 years old) at the Irish Animation Awards in 2021.
